The few times I've been to New York City, I made sure to get a hot dog from a cart on the street. I love food that comes from a mobile location. It always tastes better.
That's why I love this new trend of hiring food trucks to cater weddings. It's brilliant, I tell you, brilliant. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire a food truck. (Or I'd go for a whole bunch of fun finger foods. It's a toss up). Wouldn't you go for a food truck if you could have one of these trucks at your wedding.
